Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Each well-being survey completed before 5pm, Sunday 13 August will be considered a valid entry into the prize draw, up to a maximum of four entries per person (limit of one survey response per person, per topic).

All survey responses will be numbered and the draw will be conducted via use of a random number generator on Monday 14 August. Winners will be notified by email or phone. If contact details are not provided on the selected survey response, a new number will be drawn until 10 eligible winners are found.

Once an individual has won a prize, they will be no longer be eligible for further prizes.

10 winners will be drawn total. Each winner will receive a digital voucher for either a Family Discover Pass or Double Tranquility Pass at Ōpuke Thermal Pools & Spa (winners choice).

Employees of Ashburton District Council, District Councillors, Community Board members and their immediate families are not eligible for the prize draw.

Ashburton District Council will also publish the names of the ten winners online at ashburtondc.govt.nz before 31 August.
