Teen Sub Box

Do you feel overwhelmed when you look at our book shelves?

Would you like a quick and easy way to pick up a few books each month?

Are you looking to shake up your reading choices?

Each month, we will organise a box with 3 books, a craft, a snack and occasionally something extra.

Once the box is ready we will message you to come and collect the box. If you don’t come within 3 days of being contacted we will return the items to the shelves.

To sign up for this you must be 12-18 years old and a member of the library.

Once you have signed up, you will be on the list unless you email us library@adc.govt.nz

to cancel your subscription.

If you don’t pick up a box for two months in a row then you will be removed from the service.

We will take up to 10 registrations for the initial 6 months.

The books are randomly selected for the Teen Sub Box and may contain themes that might be uncomfortable for those aged under 16. By submitting this form, I confirm that either: *
