Ngā Taonga o Hakatere: One Hundred Years of Forest & Bird
About the event
From 03 September, celebrate Aotearoa's amazing biodiversity in our new exhibition, Ngā Taonga o Hakatere: One Hundred Years of Forest & Bird.
For a century Forest & Bird has been a leading independent conservation charity in the protection of Aotearoa New Zealand’s native flora and fauna.
To mark the significant occasion of the organisation’s one hundred year anniversary, this exhibition of photographs by members of the Ashburton branch of Forest & Bird gives a glimpse of the extraordinary biodiversity that makes its home in the district.
All are welcome to join us at the opening on Sunday 03 September at 2pm and share in celebrating 100 years of Forest & Bird.
