Grandparents Day

About the event

Grandparents Day is a day to acknowledge and celebrate the important contribution made by grandparents to the wellbeing and education of children within their family. It is an opportunity for family to show their gratitude and respect for the older generation and to honour grandparents. This year, the Gallery and Museum invites families and whānau to make a wall hanging gift for their grandparents as a token of Aroha.
